MYSIA. Kyzikos. Circa 550-500 BC. Hemihekte – 1/12 Stater (Electrum, 7 mm, 1.32 g). Winged mythological creature to right, with the head of a lion and human hands, holding tunny in its right hand. Rev. Quadripartite incuse square. BMFA -, cf. 1398 (hekte). SNG Paris -. Von Fritze I, 22. Very rare. Light scratches on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
